Publishing Schedule

Posts occur around my fairly busy work schedule. These posts feature a culinary theme, 2-5 recipes, historical commentary, as well as critical reflection upon the practice of historic cookery in both museum and academic spheres.

In addition, special posts will appear at random on the blog. These (usually shorter) posts will include such topics as reviews of cookbooks, open responses to relevant contemporary issues related to my field, reviews of museum programs and exhibits that feature food, or whatever such things might strike my fancy in the future!
